Description

What should I review before closing an account that contains purchase records?
Ask where future support requests should be sent after closure. Ask for clarification when those options are not clearly distinguished.
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Check whether the included benefit has a limited scope or period. Check the process for reporting a missing included benefit rather than assuming it will arrive separately.
What should I check when an offer emphasizes limited time or limited quantity?
Review change and cancellation terms before making a rushed selection. Keep an important confirmed condition with your order record.
