What should I check before accepting a suggested substitute?
Check whether accepting the substitute affects the rest of a combined order. Avoid agreeing solely to resolve a delay when important differences remain unclear.
How can I find out whether a special request can be accommodated?
Review any terms that apply specifically to the requested change. Check whether the seller needs additional information before making a decision.
How can I confirm that I have selected the correct product option?
Make sure an automatically selected default is actually the option you want. Verify that the selected option is described as available under the current offer.
